She also specialises in head and neck and facial reconstruction, including nasal reconstruction following cancer.

Biography
Miss Sarah Al-Himdani is a highly skilled plastic surgeon based in London, specialising in head, neck and facial reconstruction, facial re-animation and microsurgery. She undertakes all aspects of facial re-animation, including nerve transfers, cross-face nerve grafts, masseteric nerve transfers, slings, eyelid surgery, corneal neurotisation, free functional muscle transfer and selective neurectomies. She also provides paediatric facial reanimation surgery. She undertakes specialist Botox treatment for facial paralysis and aesthetics.
Sarah has extensive experience in complex reconstruction following head and neck cancer surgery, including free tissue transfer and secondary procedures such as fat grafting, flap thinning and lip and eyelid reconstruction. She also has experience in breast reconstruction as well as breast and body surgeries (reduction, augmentation, abdominoplasty).
Miss Al-Himdani has completed specialist fellowships at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital and the Royal Adelaide Hospital, focusing on facial nerve surgery, head and neck cancer reconstruction, breast reconstruction, microsurgery and lymphaticovenous anastomosis (LVA).
Sarah graduated from the University of Manchester in 2012 and has been on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery since 2022.
