Our respiratory physiotherapy service specialises in providing a comprehensive service for the treatment for patients with respiratory conditions.
Trained to the highest standard, our specialist physiotherapy team work with patients of all ages. They provide patients with a complete respiratory assessment and tailored treatments for the prevention and rehabilitation of a range of heart and lung conditions.
Managing and supporting conditions
Our team manages and supports patients’ rehabilitation for conditions such as:
- bronchiectasis and lung infection – including non-tuberculous mycobacterial infection and fungal infection
- cystic fibrosis
- chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Our respiratory physiotherapy clinics are available at 77 Wimpole Street, Royal Brompton Hospital and Harefield Hospital.
Short-notice, remote or in-person appointments are available, upon consultant referral. Referrers should provide a clinic letter with relevant test results.
