Dr Kinesh Patel jointly runs the unique food allergy/ gastroenterology service at the Royal Brompton Hospital and the nutrition service at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.
He regularly treats patients with conditions such as:

- inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)

Biography
Dr Kinesh Patel is a consultant gastroenterologist and has practiced at Royal Brompton Hospital since 2016.
He qualified from Imperial College London in 2004 with distinction. Subsequently, he undertook postgraduate specialist training in North West London. He was awarded a research MD from Imperial College London in 2017 following the submission of his thesis on quality markers in colonoscopy and cancer detection.
Research
Dr Kinesh Patel’s interests include cancer screening, nutrition, weight management, reflux, food allergy and inflammatory bowel disease.
He has presented his work internationally and continues to publish extensively. He is the author of three current medical textbooks.
