Clinical expertise

Dr Rahul Singh is a consultant paediatric neurologist at Evelina Hospital with expertise in managing children with rare and complex neurological conditions , with a particular focus on inherited white matter disorders:

  • fetal and neonatal neurology
  • paediatric/neonatal stroke
  • neuro metabolic/genetic conditions
  • common epilepsies
  • movement disorders

He is also an honorary paediatric neurology consultant at Great Ormond Street Hospital.  He is an honorary associate professor in the department of paediatrics, All India institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)Jodhpur, India.



Education

Dr Rahul Singh completed his MBBS and obtained a postgraduate research degree from one of the prestigious institutes in India, Mumbai University.

He completed paediatric training in the UK and paediatric neurology training from the London Deanery.

  • 2014: Qualified to work as a child neurologist

  • infective and inflammatory brain diseases in neonates and paediatrics
  • neonatal stroke and interventions
  • autoimmune encephalitis
  • fetal malformations and counselling
  • some early neonatal neurogenetic conditions
